There were two people in my party. We each ordered a different entree. Mine (shrimp enchiladas with spicy salsa) was excellent. My companion got fish tacos which were so so. I really liked the salsa brought to accompany the basket of chips, but again my companion thought salsa was so-so. Wait staff prompt and courteous. Inside was a little dirty- chips, rice, etc on floor- but perhaps there were some messy diners before us. Prices not bad for Jackson! Our food came out quick- not much of a delay between ordering and eating!
My wife and I had lunch at Merry Piglets and the food and the service was excellent. The chips and salsa were great. My wife had a salad and I had the chicken bowl and both felt light and refreshing as we did not want a heavy meal as we were getting ready to go explore the Grand Tetons. Would go back.
